All bookings, payments, and usage of our digital content are subject to these Terms.

3. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a session.

Full payment is due before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled within the required timeframe.

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refunds for digital or printed products are not available once delivered.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs taken by Crystal S Photo remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Clients receive personal use rights for digital images but may not resell, edit, or use them for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for their session.

It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any special requests before the session.

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to client preferences not discussed in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by weather, accidents, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

While we take all precautions to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee every image will meet a client’s subjective expectations.

Receive appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotions.

Opt-out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
